Ms. Ouyang Li introduced the independent policy in detail from the six aspects of "awards, diligence, grants, loans, subsidies, exemptions", sorted out the key points of the evaluation of the National Scholarship and Shanghai Municipal Scholarship, and motivated students to strive for excellence and first place and all-round development.
